Antony Francis is a successful business leader with proven ability to direct corporate strategy from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He has significant experience in both full-time and interim management, restructuring and turn-around of operations and in growing start-ups. Well versed in positioning/messaging of service offerings and in lead generation/pipeline development programs to expand revenue channels, he has a broad 6 Sigma and Lean/5S background in eliminating costs, improving production performance and increasing revenues. He has a deep understanding of fulfillment operations, e-commerce (B2B & B2C), returns processing and product repair. He has an outstanding IT background leveraging cloud based and IoT technology for customer benefit. He is adept at developing, nurturing and mentoring teams to drive forward with passion and conviction. His M&A experience includes extensive operational and financial due-diligence, including forensic auditing. An experienced board member, he has extensive international experience with deep understanding of other cultures.
Before setting up Lakehill, he was CEO of PRC Industries, a leading remanufacturer of consumer product returns for companies like Amazon, Shark and iRobot. Before that he was President of ATC Logistics (then Genco, now FedEx) and took the company through the merger with Genco. Earlier, he worked for Ernst & Young, Total Oil, Guinness Group, FedEx EMEA and Perkin Elmer traveling to over 45 countries.
He is a 6-Sigma Black Belt, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport. He lives in Dallas and is a member of the Board of Directors of HOBI International; the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Foundation Board of The Dallas Opera; the World Affairs Council; and member of the Board of the French American Chamber of Commerce. A U.S. Citizen since 2008, he is bilingual English/French.
